The apartment is situated in Quesada, Guardamar and very close to ALICANTE city (you can reach TORREVIEJA in 20 minutes by car.)
It's a quiet residential area but with restaurants, pubs and shopping centers that you can reach by a short car journey.
Only 10 minutes drive you are at the seashore in Guardamar Beach. It's a long beatiful pine forest beach which warm and clean water invites you to take a dip or to relax taking a sunbathe. There are also lots of other beaches along the coast that are well worth a visit.
If you have a restless nature, you could practice lots of watersports.
